Vitamin C Acai Gelatin Snacks
Makes 2 cups of fruit snacks.
Ingredients
• 2 cups water
• 1 Acai berry vitamin C packet
• 1 tablespoon of agave necter
• 6 tablespoons of beef gelatin
Directions
1. Mix 1 cup of cold water with vitamin C packet and then the 6 tablespoons of gelatin.
2. Stir and then let it sit till it gels up.
3. Heat 1 cup of water.
4. Pour hot water over gelatin mixture.
5. Whisk together ingredients.
6. Pour into 5×7 inch pan or container.
7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
8. Store snacks in closed container in the refrigerator.
